The aim of the Trade Workshop is to train specialised workers and able to work directly in a dressage ring, stable or horse breeding farm. These professionals, prepared in the best, exclusive setting, will remain with the stud at the end of their training to be contracted.

In addition to carrying out a quality apprenticeship, students at the Trade Workshop are considered to be employees of the stud. They are consequently required to be subject to the same obligations and responsibilities as the rest of the workforce. Our students are fully involved in day to day operations and are aware of all the needs and demands of a horse farm.
We currently offer three modules: assistant caretaker, assistant handler and stablehand.
To give students an extensive understanding of the workplace, the Trade Workshop includes common everyday jobs on a stud farm, with students rotating through each work area.
While they learn a trade that will help them get a good job, they will receive additional training in other disciplines required to compete in the job market.
